Almasi Bluu Custom Clothing Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Order Confirmation & Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation of the final garment. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales, or fall fashion collection releases), processing times may increase to 7-10 business days.
- Custom & Tailored Items: All custom and tailored items will have an estimated production time communicated to the client based on the garment's complexity. Once the order is completed, it will proceed to shipping.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
- Domestic Shipping: We offer a range of shipping options through reliable carriers, including standard, expedited, and overnight services. Shipping rates vary depending on the selected service and the package's weight and dimensions.
- International Shipping: International orders are subject to additional shipping rates, and delivery times may vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
3. Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking Information: Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipment.
- Delivery Timeframe: Delivery dates depend on the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be communicated, but Almasi Bluu cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, as delays may occur with carriers.
- Signature Requirement: Orders over a certain value (typically $200) require a signature upon delivery for security.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost or Delayed Packages: Almasi Bluu is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If a shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we encourage clients to reach out to the carrier directly or to contact us for assistance.
- Damaged Shipments: If an item arrives damaged, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund, based on the case's specifics.
5. Returns & Alterations Policy
- Custom Orders: All custom-made items are non-refundable as each item is tailored to the client’s specifications. Any minor adjustments will incur an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
- Alterations: We provide complimentary alterations within 14 days of delivery if a fit adjustment is needed, provided the original measurements were accurate. Beyond this period, alterations may incur additional fees.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Address & Contact Information: Clients must provide a correct shipping address and contact information during the order process. Almasi Bluu is not responsible for delays or loss due to inaccurate information.
- Receiving the Package: Customers should monitor the tracking updates and be available to receive their package, especially for items requiring a signature.
