• We offer one free alteration within 14 days of receiving the garment to ensure it meets your satisfaction. Additional alterations after this period may incur fees, depending on the scope of the work.

3. Custom Orders are Final Sale

• Due to the personalized nature of custom garments, all sales are final. This includes special orders, custom sizing, and unique fabric selections, as these items are tailored specifically to individual measurements and preferences.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing your order, after which the deposit becomes non-refundable, and the cost of any materials already purchased may be deducted from your refund. This policy ensures we can recoup costs associated with your unique project.

5. Refunds for Damages or Quality Issues

• If your garment arrives with an unexpected defect directly due to our craftsmanship, please notify us within 7 days. We will assess the garment and offer a repair or remake at no additional charge, provided the garment is in unworn condition.
• No refunds will be issued for damages resulting from improper care, handling, or alterations made by third-party tailors.

6. Client Responsibilities

• We request accurate measurements and clear communication regarding design preferences. Any changes to the design after production has begun may incur additional costs and delay the delivery timeline.
