Almasi Bluu Custom Clothing: How It Works

  1. Initial Inquiry
  • Clients can contact Almasi Bluu via email: shekirashenay@almasibluu.com, booking a consultation, or phone (919) 441-2064.
  • After initial contact, you’ll receive a brief welcome message and offer an overview of the custom clothing process.
  1. Consultation & Design
  • Virtual or In-Person Meeting: We’ll have a consultation to discuss your vision, style preferences, budget, and any specific requirements.
  • Inspiration & Measurements: You’ll bring photos, sketches, or any inspiration you have, and I’ll take detailed measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Design Proposal: I’ll develop a design proposal based on our conversation, including fabric options, sketches, and a quote for approval.
  1. Fabric Selection & Approval
  • Swatch Presentation: I’ll present fabric swatches, which you can review virtually (if preferred). This ensures you feel the fabric is exactly what you envisioned.
  • Final Approval: Once you’ve chosen your fabric, I’ll get your final approval on the design and provide an estimated timeline for completion.
  1. Creating the Garment
  • Pattern Drafting & Cutting: I’ll start by creating the pattern and cutting the fabric based on your measurements.
  • Sewing & Detailing: I’ll construct the garment with high attention to detail, incorporating any special finishes or customizations we discussed.
  1. Fittings & Adjustments
  • Initial Fitting: Once the garment is partially assembled, I’ll arrange a fitting to assess the fit and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Final Fitting: After completing the garment, you’ll have a final fitting to ensure everything meets your expectations. Minor adjustments, if needed, will be done promptly.
  1. Delivery & Payment
  • Final Payment: After the final fitting, the remaining balance is due.
  • Garment Delivery: You can pick up your custom garment or have it shipped to you (if applicable). I’ll provide care instructions to help maintain your garment's quality.
  1. Aftercare & Feedback
  • Client Satisfaction Check-In: I’ll follow up after a few weeks to make sure you’re completely happy with your garment.
  • Referral Program: Referrals are always welcome, and you’ll receive [any incentives, discounts] for each new client you refer.
